We are back to you today because we have some news about ONF and KARD ticket refund rules, which will take place at the Alhambra concert venue.
As the Alhambra concert venue is the legal ticket office for those concerts, here is the information that has been provided to us.
Each person who sent an email toAlhambra should have received an automatic response from them, informing them that all tickets will be refunded after the date of postponement.
For example, if the ONF concert takes place on December 4th 2020, then refunds will be made from December 5th 2020.
Refunds will only concert persons who have paid concert tickets before lockdown in France and who will not be able to appear on the date of the confirmed and executed postponement.
This update rule concerns all categories of seats for the two concerts.
There is still a lot of uncertainty about the opening of concert venues and the maximum capacity authorized to give you complete and final information for concerts, but we can already give you some progress.
Ticket selling for ONF concert (on December 4th) will only be opened again when the final figure for the authorized capacity in the venue is available. This figure could fall in early July but we are rather thinking of early September.
For KARD concert, korean organizers are still thinking about the new period of the European Tour. They are also awaiting official information on venue capacities in Europe.
