Dear fans,
Alhambra venue has registered the request to cancel ONF PARIS concert. In order to continue the refund process, Alhambra staff has sent an email to all the fans who have secured a place, to offer them several solutions.
Among the solutions, there is of course the reimbursement of your place.
You therefore have only one thing to do: check your email inbox and reply to the Alhambra email indicating your final choice.
For people who have not received anything, we recommend that you send an email to billeterie@alhambra-paris.com with a copy to us (hxlevents@gmail.com).
We remain available by email if you have any questions and our teams will monitor the progress of the cases to make sure that each fan will receive their refund.
